By using the Jewellery by Juelz website or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. The 'website' is accessible at multiple web addresses including jewellerybyjuelz.com, jewellerybyjuelz.co.uk and jewellerybyjuelz.ie.

When you place an order on our website, we will send you an automated email confirming receipt of the order. Your order represents an offer to purchase the product or products ordered. Your offer is not deemed to be accepted until the time of dispatch after we have manually verified the details, including item prices, and availability of stock.

Our Returns Policy outlines how to return or exchange an item which you have ordered.

We accept payment only by various credit/debit cards as shown during the order process. Payment must be made in Pounds Sterling or Euro.

All prices are shown including any applicable taxes, except when logged in with a trade/wholesale account. Prices exclude delivery which will be added, where applicable, at the 'Bag' stage of the order process.

Orders and deliveries are restricted to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland and to customers who are at least eighteen years old.

You agree that you will provide accurate information to us when using the website and will keep your details up to date. You agree to take reasonable precautions to keep your password safe and to accept resopnsibility for any activity on your account.

Although we will do our utmost to ensure uninterrupted and error-free access to the website, we reserve the right to refuse access, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at our discretion.

No part of this website may be reproduced, copied or resold without our prior written permission.

We will not be held liable for any delay in fulfilling our obligations under these conditions if tha delay is beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to amend all product information, prices, product availability, policies and terms and conditions at any time by publishing the revised details on the website. Changes will take effect from your next order. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, that condition’s removal will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing. We will acknowledge receipt within three working days and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. We subscribe to the SafeBuy Code of Practice. If we are unable to agree on a course of action, you may contact SafeBuy who will act as arbitrators.

Neither these conditions nor any Jewellery by Juelz policies affect your statutory rights, in relation to  faulty or misdescribed goods, details of which can be obtained  from Consumer Direct (the Government's consumer advice helpline) or your local Trading Standards Office.

These conditions shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
